Carmel Healy is a Divine Essence Crystal Healing Practitioner and holistic therapist who has always been drawn to energy healing. Her journey through holistic therapies, particularly her training in Reiki, led her to discover the beautiful world of crystal healing. One of the aspects she finds most rewarding is witnessing the transformation that can take place during a Divine Essence Crystal Healing session, as clients relax, release and leave feeling calmer, lighter and more connected.

Alongside her work as a Divine Essence Crystal Healing Practitioner, Carmel also offers Crystal Reiki as a separate healing practice, allowing each modality to be experienced and honoured in its own right. YOU CANNOT FULLY EXPRESS THE NEW WHILE CONTINUALLY PROTECTING THE OLD

Dioptase reminds you that becoming more of yourself sometimes requires the courage to release who you have been. Old identities, expectations, stories and ways of expressing yourself may once have served you, but carrying them forward can leave little room for what is trying to emerge. Let the old loosen its hold, make space for the person you are becoming and allow your voice, choices, creativity and presence to reflect who you are now. The new does not need your permission to exist, but it does need space to emerge.

SEPTEMBER 2026 ENERGY REPORT
EMBODIED EXPRESSION

August asked you to become visible. September asks whether you are brave enough to let yourself be known.

September brings a powerful movement from Visibility into Expression, but this is about far more than finding your voice or speaking your truth. It is about closing the distance between the person you have become on the inside and the person you allow the world to experience. You can be visible and still hide, successful and still edit yourself, surrounded by people and still leave important parts of yourself unseen. September invites us to notice where we are continuing to perform an identity we have already outgrown, where we are making ourselves more acceptable or familiar for others, and where the life we are expressing externally no longer represents the truth of who we have become.

There is also a strong call for truth and discernment, particularly around the stories we create about events, conversations and other people's behaviour. Intensity of feeling does not automatically make an interpretation true, and September encourages us to separate what actually happened from the meaning we have attached to it, while also recognising where we have remained silent simply to maintain harmony. Authentic expression does not require confrontation, drama or making another person wrong, but it does require us to stop abandoning our own truth for somebody else's comfort and to understand that saying what we mean, asking for what we need and allowing ourselves to change are all powerful expressions of self.

As the month progresses, there is a growing sense of possibility, originality and courage, encouraging us to think differently about what our lives could become and to give ourselves permission to choose something new. Ideas that once seemed unrealistic may suddenly feel possible, unexpected solutions can emerge and the desire to create, communicate and live more authentically becomes increasingly difficult to ignore. September ultimately asks us to bring our inner and outer worlds into greater alignment and remember that we did not become visible simply to be looked at, we became visible so that what we came here carrying could finally be expressed.

Linda chose the name Anam Buí, meaning “Yellow Soul” in Irish, inspired by two earthly gifts that hold deep personal significance for her: the native Irish Gorse and Bumblebee Jasper.

Linda’s own journey of transformation has also led her deeply into the world of healing, including her training in Divine Essence Crystal Healing with Master Instructor Margaret Sweeney, who trained Linda through to Master Teacher level.

Gorse, with its beautiful yellow flowers emerging above its thorny stems, has an extraordinary ability to regenerate after fire, symbolising renewal and the clearing away of the old to make way for new life. Bumblebee Jasper is also born through intense volcanic conditions, its striking yellow tones emerging through fire and pressure.

For Linda, both beautifully reflect her own experience of discovering joy after years of tribulation. Anam Buí is therefore more than a name. It is a testament to Linda’s journey and a powerful reminder of our capacity to create something beautiful from pressure, fire, challenge and adversity.

Divine Essence Crystal Healing was created as a complete system, with its own structure, philosophy and way of working with the Crystal Kingdom. To honour it fully is to allow it to stand in its own identity rather than blending it into something else.

This is not about suggesting that Divine Essence is the only valuable path. There are many extraordinary and authentic healing systems in the world, each deserving to be respected and practised in the integrity in which it was created. We can learn many modalities, value them all and offer them individually without needing to merge them together.

When we honour the purity of every authentic system, we honour its origins, its teachers, its purpose and the unique experience it was created to offer. Dilution is not the solution. Integrity allows every system to remain powerful in its own right.
