Taking a VERY limited number of clients for either
• rehab • prehab • pre/post natal exercise clients • personal training clients with chronic pain / complex issues ie chronic back pain / knee pain / neck pain etc.

Sessions are 20-25 minutes and slots will be available early morning or evening slots.

Weigh ins and nutrition will be monitored if required.
