The idea that you are broken ends now.

You are perfect, you always have been.

Yes your body may be screaming at you right now, perhaps you don’t understand the message. That’s ok. But with me and Homeopathy remedies together we can listen to what your body is telling us and support accordingly.

But not for one minute do you need to be saying thinking or feeling like you are broken.

Ok, as a homeopath, I have one of my homeopathy kits permanently in the van! And I often grab my second kit too!

But I’m not always so organised, so I have a bag of remedies left also and these are my top 3 that I find necessary.

Ruta + Rhus Tox combined.
Aconite.
Insect Repellent combo.

What are your top 3 remedies when travelling?

Ofcourse I use Homeopathy myself. But some healing takes time.

As Homeopaths we often rave about a particular remedy helping a certain situation for someone, that doesn’t mean it will work for everyone.

I will not prescribe for anyone without a consultation. You want a one cap fits all, go to allopathy. You want individual treatment see a homeopath.

Just because a remedy works for your cough or your hayfever doesn’t mean everyone on the plant with a cough or hayfever should take that remedy. See my previous paragraph.

Time to treat this modality with respect.

I’m passionate about Homeopathy. And I’m passionate about how I use Homeopathy.

I don’t believe in popping a pill for every little ill that ails!? - Why? Cos I believe my body is so amazing she doesn’t always need interference with.

I also work with a Homeopath. I trust her and what she prescribes. In fact I never look up a remedy if I don’t recognise it until well after I’ve taken it.

I hate treating friends and family. I did do it in my student days. When experience mattered and the blurred lines weren’t as obvious. But no more. Boundaries are important. And this can be a big breach.

Finally I spoke before on this but personally I will never interfere in someone else’s prescribing. Meaning if you are on herbs from your Acupuncturist for liver support, beautiful, I will not need to support your liver and will work around that.

With many of my female clients, another aspect to their journey of Menopause is actually listening to our bodies. For some this is for the first time - cos hey we’re not really thought that are we.

Things that worked in our 20s 30s often need to change. Tolerance to alcohol, certain foods or food groups, eating differently, rest being necessary, not optional.

But you first have to listen.

And that’s often where I come in. I listen to you, your story and in that I hear the messages from your body also.

I’m sick of this phase being demonised and medicalised unnecessarily. Let’s embrace this change and our bodies.

Harry Chapin’s Flowers are Red.

When I heard it on the radio this morning I was grinning singing along to the verse. It was a song from my childhood. But now as an adult I listened to the verse.

Oh I felt that child’s imagination being quashed. And conformity being celebrated.

I thought how that lives with us as adults. How many clients come because they are struggling to make decisions. To be their true selves.

And how grateful I am to have experienced Homeopathy and Somatic Transformation to enable me to not only colour with all the colour of the rainbow but also to colour outside the lines.

I am blessed to have many people referring me to their family and friends.

But often many are like Homeo wha? I’ve been called The Homeopathist. Or you do the little sugar balls. To just my friend said I need to see you.

And then just some come across me in their scrolling.

For that reason I offer a free 15minute Discovery Call. It’s a chance to discover more about Homeopathy, Me and how I practice Homeopathy. It’s a chance to Discover if I’m the homeopath for You.

It’s NOT a consult - so we are not doing life story here. It really is a chance to have your questions answered. Armed with that knowledge you can then decide to either move forward with me or perhaps you realise you want face to face and don’t live near me. But you must drop into Am I the right Homeopath for you.

And then, if you’re ready, we can get your initial consult booked.

Ofcourse there are many who just Go for it and skip the discovery and book in - they’ve seen and heard enough to know they are ready.
