My intention is to help women have a better quality of life. Offering Massage for Menopause symptoms, incorporating Essential oils, Acupressure points and Aftercare for women to do at home in between appointments.

Menopause can be debilitating for so many. I have had women asking for help in managing their symptoms.

This four way approach will help with common side effects of Menopause and Perimenopause.

It is deeply relaxing. Reduces fluid retention, increases blood circulation and promotes the lymphatic system.
At the same time some women are sensitive to touch during menopause, in this case Energy work and tailored massage to her needs may be a better option.

Many women have a better quality of life. 🌺
