A little snippet of today by the incredible Julia 💚
We began the day with a 90
minute yoga class including pranyama (Breathwork) kryias (cleansing techniques) Asana (postures) & meditation.
🪷
A nourishing brunch was prepared for us after class
☀️
We had free time to chat, swim, read, relax. Some guests went to explore & to the beach.
🏝️
We regrouped for a delicious dinner and lots of chats and laughs.
✨
After dinner we settled into a restorative yoga & Nidra class followed by warm Golden milk before bed 🧡
