🚶‍♀️ A Walk Against Violence Towards Women and Girls 🚶‍♂️

A walk of support organised and planned by Lifford / Castlefinn Community Health Forum. Please join us as we come together to raise awareness and stand united against violence towards women and girls in our community.

📍 Starting Point: Lifford Clonleigh Resource Centre

🕙 Walk begins: 10:00am
⏰ Arrival time: 9:30am

This is an opportunity to show support, stand in solidarity, and help promote a safer, more respectful society for everyone.

We are proud to be supported on the day by:

* Donegal Women’s Domestic Violence Service
* Primary Care Social Work
* R**e Crisis Centre
* SATU (Sexual Assault Treatment Unit)

Each organisation will have information stands available, offering support, guidance, and resources.

☕ Tea, coffee, and refreshments will be provided after the walk.

Bring your friends, family, and colleagues — every step taken together sends a powerful message.

Our Parent Support Helpline offers free and confidential support for parents and carers. We provide:

📞 Over-the-phone emotional support

ℹ️ Information and practical guidance

🧭 Signposting to helpful services and resources

🕘 Available Monday to Thursday, 9am–5pm

Whether you have a quick question or need someone to talk things through with, we’re here to listen and support you—judgement free.
