YOUR COUNTY NEEDS YOUR HELP!

As a country we are due to move out of the Level 5 Covid 19 restrictions over the coming period. However, the high number of cases in Donegal remains a huge concern. We are under national scrutiny and there is a risk that the Level 5 restrictions will remain in place in Donegal while the rest of the Country moves on. This would have a devastating effect on our businesses, religious services, sporting activities and the general health and well being of everyone. The next 7 to 10 days are critical. Please do everything within your control to ensure that you are not adding to the cases. Your county needs you at this critical time so that with the vaccination programme being ramped up, we in Donegal can look forward to the opening up of society in line with the rest of the Country

The difference between Intuition and Anxiety is in the message, according to and I thought it was a really useful distinction- Intuition gives you a very clear ‘yes’ or ‘no’ message. Yes you should go for that promotion. No, you shouldn’t start a relationship with that person. Yes we should buy that house etc.

An anxiety response is more thought based. It sounds like ‘If I take that job, I’ll have a lot more responsibility, I’ll have to learn something from scratch again, I don’t know if I’ll be any good at it etc’ If something is pushing you out of your comfort zone, fear will throw up lots of anxious thoughts like these.

Intuition doesn’t need to convince you, it doesn’t need to chatter or make specific points. It just knows. The message comes clearly as ‘No I shouldn’t take that job, it’s not right for me.’ But anxiety has to put on a good show specifically because it’s not grounded in your gut and at it’s core there is only fear.

I thought that was a useful differentiation! 💗

Energy Vampires vs Energy Radiators

09/03/2021

Beware the energy vampires! These are people who tend to be negative and leave you exhausted, lacking in motivation or drained when you spend time with them. Energy vampires suck the life out of you (energetically speaking of course!) 🧛‍♀️

Instead spend your time with energy radiators, these are people who tend to be warm, positive, energetic people. Spending time with them recharges our batteries and we feel re-energised after talking to them.

So beware the energy vampire and try spending more time this week (even virtually) with people who re-energise you.
