Some background information... From mid November 2025 both kids were extremely sick and hospitalised diagnosed since this time with RSV, pneumonia and bronchitis..

I attended Emma not expecting much improvements as my sleep has been poor all my adult life. I attended Emma twice. After the first treatment my sleep pattern improved slightly. I visited her again 3 weeks later for a follow-up appointment. After 2nd treatment I saw massive change.

I am absolutely delighted with my results. I now sleep as solid 8 hours without waking. Before I would wake 2-3 times a night and often waken from 5am.

⁉️How many treatments??:⁉️

This is a question that I get asked quite often. 🙄My answer is always the same, its completely up to yourself. I can only offer my advice and experience ,after that its up to the person themselves. 👍

The old saying, "Time is a great healer" , is so true in my work. Healing takes time. For me helping people to understand this is one of the areas that I struggle with.

One treatment will make a difference and many of my clients do see REAL lasting improvements in their overall health. However, many of my cases are chronic and complex with several underlying diagnosis and/or symptoms. These cases may require additional treatments.

What if after one treatment there's little to no change? Does that mean that the treatment isn't working? Or is it that our Immune System is still under major stress and another treatment will only help to reduce the toxic load in your system , boosting your Immune System and supporting your overall health and well-being. 😊

Hi guys, I can't believe January is nearly over and out! 😊

I have started the new year with a huge influx of clients from near and afar. I love treating my regulars but also enjoy meeting new people from all over Ireland.
