Let’s heal together!

On Sunday, 21st June,10.00 - 12.30.
In Setu Studio, Kilcornan, Clarinbridge.

In a group, it is easier to open up to receiving. We are all in the same position. We come to relax, heal, and reset.

Our Healing Sundays always start with yoga, which allows everyone to arrive into the space, connect with their bodies, and gradually release any tension stored in the body.

After yoga, we gently move into deeper relaxation, followed by Reiki - partly hands-on and partly distant energy transmission.

Sleep Well Yoga is back tonight 7.30-8.30pm.

India and Nepal were amazing experience, but it is nice to be back, give classes and connect.
Our Thursday Classes will be now enhanced with the sound of Tibetan Bowls that I brought from Nepal and will play during your Relaxation. Don’t miss the healing vibrations.

Well deserved Shavasana and Relaxation to the sound of the Atlantic waves.

We were blessed with the dry weather, the sunshine, and the lovely atmosphere on the prom.
It’s a true blessing to live in Galway and to be part of such a multicultural community.
It’s also a blessing to be part of such a wonderful yoga community.
