Hi everyone,

The class will run on Thursday mornings in Dowra Courthouse from 6:45am–7:15am.

📅 Starting Thursday, 4th June, and running for 4 weeks.

🧘‍♀️ Mats will be provided if needed.

This is an express Yoga for Fitness class. We will be incorporating props and resistance bands to build strength, mobility, and fitness.

Please let me know by this Tuesday if you are still interested so I can confirm numbers.

Nature shows us that growth doesn’t need to be rushed—everything unfolds in its own time, yet still reaches completion. In a fast-paced world, it’s easy to forget this, but slowing down and observing the natural world reminds us that steady, patient progress is enough.

This idea is also expressed in Tai Chi through the principle of Wei, or effortless action. It encourages a calm, unhurried approach, much like nature’s steady pace. Instead of rushing movements, it focuses on slow, controlled actions that build awareness and strength over time, promoting sustainable health rather than short bursts of intense effort.
