Though Not entirely Accurate .... Zumba still came out Trumps!
As we are all aware it depends, on Height, Size, Fitness level etc But I can only Judge by myself and others that participate in my class, we are burning well over 900+ Calories in 1 Hour So :) Taken from Daily Mail 👏
