Not only Le Grá Skincare, but life itself is my Fairy Garden 🌿
And here’s something I’ve noticed…
Everything in life has two opposite sides. A light side and a shadow side.
As humans, we have a habit of choosing one of those sides. We often cling to one extreme while completely rejecting the other, believing that if one must be right, the other must be wrong.
But neither side is good or bad.
Perhaps, by choosing an extreme, we simply miss the gifts the other side has to offer.
The real magic lives somewhere in the middle, where balance quietly blooms.
Take the sun, for example ☀️
Some people believe sunlight is our enemy.
Others believe sunscreen is.
Neither is.
☀️Sunlight is essential for life. It helps our bodies produce vitamin D, supports our natural body clock, influences our mood and contributes to many important biological processes.
At the same time, excessive UV exposure damages collagen, speeds up premature skin ageing, increases pigmentation, and raises the risk of skin cancer.
🧴Sunscreen isn’t the enemy either. It’s simply one of the tools we can use to help protect our skin when UV exposure is high.
The same is true for skincare.
🌸Natural isn’t automatically safe.
🧴Luxury isn’t automatically effective.
What truly matters isn’t the story on the label. It’s the ingredients, the formulation and whether they’re right for your unique skin.
Perhaps the greatest secret nature has ever taught me is this:
is where the magic grows.
So before choosing a side, choose understanding.
Before following fear, stay curious.
Before believing trends, listen to your own skin.
