✨ So the time has officially come for me to hang up my therapist boots for a while and move forward into my new role as a Mum!

After 6 and a half years as a holistic therapist I find myself, now more than ever, in awe of peoples resilience, strength and power to rise above and overcome even the toughest of hands and show up for themselves even when it seemed impossible.

It has been an absolute honour to witness the healing, the shifts, the transformations that have happened throughout the last 6 and a half years. Whether online or in person, at a one-to-one session, group workshop or on my 12 week program, they were all such powerful times shared together! I’ll cherish these moments shared and friendships made forever. I know I will miss these moments but as I prepare for my new role, I know it’s where I am meant to be.

I am already looking forward to easing my way back to work in 2027… whatever way that looks, we’ll just have to wait and see, but for now I just want to say thank you! Thank you for all of the love, support and community we have grown together. For my clients who trusted in me to hold a safe space for you, thank you. I never took for granted how important that role was.

✨ What a journey it’s been! Thank you so much to everyone, it’s been my biggest honour to hold space for the most amazing souls.

I wanted to take some time to reflect before I set off on my biggest journey so far… motherhood!

I know I’ll be back when the time is right. In the mean time, mind yourself and remember that you have the power within you for anything you want in this life. And most importantly allow yourself to say YES to things that scare you but light you up too!

🌀 SPEAK YOUR TRUTH - Be honest with yourself and others. Speak your truth at all times.

The fifth circuit of the classical labyrinth is associated with our throat chakra, representing communication and creative expression. Can you speak freely about what is on your mind? Or, have you been withholding information, or been afraid to speak in case you hurt or offend someone?

Communicating is also about listening. Take heed of what people are saying to you, and give people time to express themselves.
If you find it difficult to listen, talk incessantly, or have a fear of speaking, then you may need to balance your throat chakra.

Try wearing something bright blue, especially around the throat area. Remember, honesty is the best policy. So, speak your own truth, while being honest and compassionate towards others.
