Your feet tell the story of how you live. Flat arches, tight calves, weak ankles - these are not just structural problems. They’re the physical record of a sedentary life. Movement literacy starts from the ground up.
So enough is enough.
The damage of a sedentary life is not dramatic. It’s just slow, quiet, and cumulative. And one day the bill arrives.
I didn’t notice the tightness until I couldn’t touch my toes. I didn’t notice the fatigue until rest stopped helping.
You don’t need a gym. You don’t need a plan. You just need to move. Literally. That’s it.
Enough is enough doesn’t mean train harder. It means stop staying still.
The gap between the body you have and the body that feels alive is not a fitness programme. It’s just movement. More of it. More often.
