Why I Don’t Want to Separate the “Mind” from the “Body”
For me, a person is not a collection of separate parts. Thoughts, emotions, body, breath, experiences and life stories are deeply connected.
Sometimes we understand something logically, yet our body still holds tension. And sometimes change begins not with more analysis, but with simply stopping and noticing what is happening within us.
This is why a holistic approach feels so natural to me.
When someone comes for a Holistic Session, I don’t start with a fixed method. I start with the person — their story, what they are experiencing now, what feels difficult, and where they would like to go.
My professional journey has introduced me to psychology and psychotherapy, homeopathy, QiGong, yoga, meditation, sound and energy practices.
I see all of these as tools — not formulas. The person always comes first.
Sometimes the work happens through conversation. Sometimes through the body, breath, movement, silence or a new way of experiencing yourself.
My role is not to give ready-made answers, but to create a space where you can hear yourself more clearly and discover your own direction.
Because a holistic approach doesn’t begin with choosing a method.
It begins with the person.
