Over the next month, I will be updating and changing my website, the first step was changing my logo to the lotus.
The lotus beautifully encapsulates my own personal approach to Ayurveda. It symbolises our ability to use life experiences as the exact material we need to change, transform, and become our beautiful, authentic selves.
Life is not easy, pain is not easy, self growth is not easy, however Ayurveda teaches us, that within us, are all the right tools to be able to take from the mud what we need to blossom.
And it is the mud itself which is the potent catalyst for the most amazing unfoldment.
The mud is never the problem, it is how we choose to respond.
And just as the lotus proves, the most exquisite beauty blooms out of the mud because if you know how to make good use of the mud, you can grow elegantly. 🪷
