What happens in a 1:1 Sound Therapy 🤍
It might be strange to hear, but sound therapy is about FEELING, not hearing. ✨️💫🌟✨️
During a one to one sound therapy session, Tibetan singing bowls are strategically placed on the chest, body, back, legs, feet and hands and also around the surrounding body during the course of the treatment.
You will feel the vibration in your body as much as your ears.
This can also be known also known as a sound massage. Based on the evidence that vibration releases trapped energy that's been stored around the body,
What happens in a one to one session?
You are wrapped up cosy in blankets and while you are bathed in sound and vibrations. Eyes are closed with a comfy eye mask, singing bowls are placed along chakra points ( spinning wheels of energy within the body ) which lets the sound and resonance & vibration go deep into the cells.
The Chakras, bones and organs in the body all possess different resonant frequency. So when an organ, or other part of the body, stops vibrating at a healthy frequency, it is then that it results in some kind of illness, injury or Inflammation.
The use of sound and vibration begins to dissolve and remove these blockages, and stimulate healthy cells to vibrate and begin to heal.
After a therapy you will feel so much lighter, anxieties will have evaporated, and when you walk out of your treatment you feel like you are walking on a cloud and lastly you sleep soundly that night, too – the best therapy of all ( where more healing occurs )💫🌟💫
