3. Masaż sportowy- (60 min.) bardziej intensywny. Elementy masażu leczniczego i techniki do wykonywania przed i po treningach. Zdecydowanie przyspiesza regenerację organizmu po aktywnosciach fizycznych.
4. Masaż Kobido (60 min.) to masaż twarzy, ramion, dekoltu. Poprawia elastyczność tkanek twarzy, minimalizuje oznaki zmęczenia twarzy. Ale też bardzo odpręża.
Zapraszam serdecznie Piotr Bąkowski
🙂At Ashtown Medical Centre, I can offer several types of massage.
1. A full-body relaxation massage (1 hour) or a back and neck massage (1 hour or 30 minutes). This is a slow, gentle treatment designed to promote relaxation, calmness and soothe the nervous system. It is ideal for people who are overworked, tired or living under constant stress.
2. Therapeutic massage (30 or 60 mins) designed for people suffering from pain. Most patients come to us with pain in the neck and shoulders, the lumbosacral region, as well as, for example, the knees, shoulder joints and feet. This massage is aimed at providing relief and treating overworked tissues.
3. Sports massage (60 mins) – a more intensive treatment. It incorporates elements of therapeutic massage and techniques designed for use before and after training sessions. It significantly accelerates the body’s recovery following physical activity.
4. Kobido massage (60 mins) is a massage of the face, shoulders and décolletage. It improves the elasticity of facial tissues and minimises signs of facial fatigue. It is also very relaxing.
You are warmly invited – Piotr Bąkowski
