OatFull Energy Balls 💥💫
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup OatFull (ground into a coarse flour in a blender)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon mixed seeds
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (can be replaced with chopped raisins or other chopped fruit)
Method
- Heat the peanut butter and honey for 15-30 seconds in the microwave
- Add to a medium bowl with the other ingredients and stir thoroughly
- Use a tablespoon-size measuring spoon to portion and roll into balls
- Squeeze the batter, then roll into a ball to help it hold together easily
- Roll the balls in the mixed seeds until lightly coated
