Last week was a bit of an emotional rollercoaster for one of my teen patients.

She suddenly developed nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, liver pain, and a headache. I tried a couple of the usual liver remedies but no joy.

I finally asked what had been going on in her day… and out came the real story. Two of her close friends had a falling-out at school that morning, and she’d been really distressed and trying to patch things up in her friend group.

Another recent case - an awful dose, been sick for a week.

Update the following day:

And the day after:
"I'm sleeping better than I have been in years, all in all I'm a good bit improved and I'm very grateful for that"
