Most people feel their best with 10 to 15 minutes per round. If you’re new to it, start with 5 to 10 and build up. Then cool off, drink some water, and go again if you feel good. Two or three rounds is the sweet spot.

Listen to your body. Feeling dizzy or uncomfortable means it’s time to step out. This is meant to feel like a reset, not a challenge 🧖‍♀️
