Good morning everyone! The weekend is here and I know that it can be a difficult time for some whether it is baking goods with the family, having some wine or ordering take away.

We can have things in moderation so if you fancy some wine have a glass, if you want to bake something sweet with the family, go ahead and bake but make sure that you are smart baking so you can also have one as one of your daily protein snacks.

Our Herbalife Cookbook Volume 1 has a lot of amazing dinner, snack and dessert ideas that you can also have with the family.

If you are ordering takeaway, make sure it is from a place where you have some healthier options too. As an example, when me and the family order take away, they might order southern fried chicken and chips or burger and chips, but I go for the grilled chicken and salad wrap.
