Sapphire Indigo
My most potent essence and not one to be used lightly. This essence was created over a period of months and contains the energies of Mary Magdalene and Isis / the Dark Mother who guides and supports us as we descend into the underworld and face our shadow. This is the place of deep feminine initiation and deep healing where we can feel like we are being undone and that our world is falling down around us. Azurite
This was an interesting essence to co-create. I was in the countryside and everything was very still and quiet, but as soon as the co-creation process started, the animals around started to moo and bray and baa. I eventually got the message and joined in as I toned over the bowl, emitting my own frequency through my throat chakra.
