A lot of people think progress only happens in the gym.
It doesn’t.

Your body actually recovers, rebuilds muscle, and balances hormones while you sleep.

Poor sleep can lead to:

Big effort from everyone at yesterday’s HIIT session in Glenageary 👏🔥

Wednesday & Saturday HIIT sessions are always a blast with you guys!

One thing we love about these sessions is seeing all levels training together.

Some people are pushing for performance.
Some are building confidence.
Some are just trying to feel fitter, healthier, and more energised.

But everybody shows up and puts the work in 💪

That’s what makes the atmosphere in STRONGER what it is.

No egos.
No pressure.

Just good people working hard together.
