If you were dating money… would it want a second date?

You probably say you want more of it.

But what is your relationship with money actually like?

✨Do you worry when it leaves?
✨Feel guilty when you receive it?
✨Complain about it?
✨Avoid asking for it?
✨Try to control exactly how it has to show up?

And then wonder why receiving more still feels difficult.

Because sometimes we’re asking money to come closer while unknowingly doing things that uninvite it.

So perhaps the question isn’t:

“How do I get more money?”

But:

“What kind of relationship am I actually having with money?”

And what else could become possible?

Would money feel welcomed and wanted in your life…

Or would it be getting some very mixed signals?

You can consciously want more money while unconsciously projecting fear, worry, guilt, and judgement on to it. If this were words, it might sound something like ...

“I need you.”
“Where have you been?”
“There’s never enough.”
“What if you disappear?”

All of the above repels money!

You might undercharge. Feel uncomfortable asking to be paid. Give money away quickly. Feel guilty receiving more. Or expect another bill the moment you finally get ahead.
