Lets talk about co dependency &how it impacts your ability to receive!
A part of codependency is you focus heavily on another, meeting their needs, wants & demands!
👉One of the effects is difficulty knowing & owning your own reality. You may lose touch with your own body, thoughts, feelings & tend to allow others to define your reality
It is rooted in survival, growing up feeling emotionally or physically unstable or unsafe
The patterns develop:
✨ In an effort to survive
✨ Through conditioning from unhealthy or narcissistic parents
This is often something, the narcissist will take advantage of - you give &they will take.
When you don't meet their demands, you are faced with abuse, lies, manipulation & hit energetically with their wrath!
✅You learned to dismiss what you want, your internal conditioning responds to what is spoken or projected.
✅ You may not understand what you want or need, because your Identity, energy & spirit has merged with them.
This means they have a spiritual and emotional authority over you.
It is the unconscious conditioning that makes this feel normal & in a way, it's an unconscious invitation.
Think of a socket, the conditioning represents the socket which allows the behaviours, energies and demands of the other to plug in.
One deeply engrained habit is you learn to bend your reality to what they want & expect..
What does this mean, if they don't want you to grow.... because it is a threat to them
Want to keep you small.... as it makes them feel big..
Doesn't want your business or money to grow... so they don't lose you or feel unimportant...
For one, their energetic demands & projections will encapsulate you in a reality that you do not want...

This is an element that came up with clients when exploring their money story, they would take a step forward and two back, because they were entangled in someone else their energy & reality. Their attention and focus was leaking and it was slowing growth..
