I didn’t disappear — I’ve been building my Realtor business, taking care of myself, and learning things about my body that honestly
 no one really talks about.

I’m a mom learning how to truly heal after a C-section — beyond the “6-week recovery” we’re all told.

Because here’s the truth


After my C-section, I went back to normal life quickly. By 6 weeks, I felt fine — exercising, moving, doing everything like before.

But about 1.5 years later, I noticed a small bump on the left side of my scar
 and I had no idea this could be normal.

That’s when my real journey started.

I made mistakes. I trusted quick fixes. I went through small procedures — twice. Then I was told it was deeper, in the fascia, and would need a bigger surgery.

I didn’t want that.

So I started looking for another way.

That’s when I discovered craniosacral therapy — and everything shifted.

I began learning how to work with my body instead of against it.

What I’ve learned: ✹ Scar tissue needs care, not just cutting
✹ Movement matters — but the right kind
✹ Nerve sensitivity is real and manageable
✹ Food plays a huge role in inflammation
✹ Healing isn’t just physical — it’s a lifestyle

Now I’ve created a way of living that helps me stay active, reduce discomfort, and feel strong again — without pushing my body the wrong way.

AnyukakĂ©nt most tanulom, mit jelent igazĂĄn gyĂłgyulni egy csĂĄszĂĄrmetszĂ©s utĂĄn — nem csak a „6 hetes felĂ©pĂŒlĂ©sen” tĂșl, amit mindenki mond.

Mert az igazság az, hogy


A csĂĄszĂĄrmetszĂ©s utĂĄn nagyon gyorsan visszatĂ©rtem a normĂĄl Ă©letemhez. 6 hĂ©t utĂĄn jĂłl Ă©reztem magam — edzettem, mozogtam, mindent ugyanĂșgy csinĂĄltam, mint elƑtte.

De körĂŒlbelĂŒl 1,5 Ă©vvel kĂ©sƑbb Ă©szrevettem egy kis dudort a hegem bal oldalĂĄn
 Ă©s fogalmam sem volt rĂłla, hogy ez akĂĄr normĂĄlis is lehet.

Ekkor kezdƑdött az igazi utam.

HibĂĄztam. Gyors megoldĂĄsokban bĂ­ztam. Kisebb beavatkozĂĄsokon estem ĂĄt — kĂ©tszer is. AztĂĄn azt mondtĂĄk, hogy mĂ©lyebben van, a fasciĂĄban, Ă©s egy nagyobb mƱtĂ©tre lenne szĂŒksĂ©g.

Ezt nem akartam.

Ezért elkezdtem mås megoldåst keresni.

Így talĂĄltam rĂĄ a craniosacralis terĂĄpiĂĄra — Ă©s minden megvĂĄltozott.

Elkezdtem megtanulni, hogyan dolgozzak egyĂŒtt a testemmel, nem pedig ellene.

Amit megtanultam:
