Seven years ago, my birthday was marked by deep grief and loss.

This year, I chose to celebrate differently.

A wellness day, surrounded by women I respect, admire, and feel safe with.
Women who uplift, support, and inspire — my Super Women.

There is something powerful about the people you choose to have around you.
The conversations, the energy, the presence.

Make time for them.
Protect that space.

Throwback to India —
where I immersed myself in an intensive Yin practice, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and sound healing.

Long days of learning, listening, and slowing down.
Understanding the body in a deeper, more connected way.

Surrounded by great teachers and lovely people!
It was one of those experiences that stays with you.

I learnt so much during that time,
and it continues to shape the way I teach today.

Some places and moments just stay with you…

It’s also a simple way to interrupt the forward-head posture that can build into tech neck over time.
