While the official summer solstice arrives later on June 21st let’s get a head start on celebrating this heart opening vibrant season of joy.

The practice will incorporate heart opening poses and breath practices as finish with a guided yoga Nidra all themed around radiance.

A new week, a new opportunity…

The 2 new class ran last week, a lovely later 8.30pm class starting in the day light and finishing with relaxation looking up to the dark sky and the early 6.30am class going into the studio as the sun was rising (and left feeling delighted knowing a class done ✔️ and we had moved our bodies and it was still only 7.15am 💪🏻👌).

There are still spaces available to either join the block or to attend a drop in. DM for more info or to book 🙏
