I absolutely love what I do, especially creating a little space where people can slow down, switch off from everything for a while and simply have some time for themselves.

Sometimes the simplest moments become the most meaningful ones. ✨

After an accident and a fractured humerus at the Forty Foot, my friend was carrying so much pain and tension.
Between the music, the barbecue, the sea, and him playing the cajón… I ended up giving him an improvised Indian Head Massage.

And suddenly there was this moment of complete stillness. 🌿
The kind where the body finally lets go.

Afterwards, he told me it was one of the deepest states of relaxation he had ever felt.

And it reminded me of something important:
wellbeing doesn’t always happen in perfect clinics or ideal situations.
Sometimes it happens when someone simply feels safe, cared for, and supported. 🤍
