This week we celebrated our Woman of the Year Final. ❤️

The biggest surprise?

They didn’t just change their diet… they changed their life. ❤️

The amazing thing?

Most of them hadn’t succeeded the first time.

They just refused to give up.

If you’d shown this video to the old me, I’d have laughed and said, “Not a chance.”

Standing here pressing a bar over my head is something I never thought I’d do when I was at my biggest.

Most things we achieve start as things we think are impossible.

And before anyone gets too impressed… we finished FIRST in our category! 🏆

Admittedly, we were the only ones in it. 😅

But the lesson still stands.

This isn’t about lifting a bar. It’s about overcoming the doubts, fears, and “I’ll never do that” thoughts.

Whatever your version of this bar is right now, don’t decide it’s impossible before giving yourself the chance to prove otherwise.

Dream it. Believe it. Keep showing up.
