The tiredness.

The tension you can't seem to shift.

The feeling that you're constantly “on”.

The poor sleep

The headaches.

The feeling that you just can't switch off.

Sometimes the answer isn't to push harder.
Sometimes your body is asking you to pause.

Regular time to slow down, receive and reconnect with yourself can become an important part of how you care for your wellbeing rather than waiting until you're completely depleted.

This is at the heart of the work I do at Radiance Healing.

Reflexology, Reiki, facial reflexology, facial treatments, sound healing and deeply restorative treatments ..creating space for you to step out of the noise and come back to yourself.

🎉10 YEARS IN BUSINESS. ✨
Well… this feels a bit surreal.
10 years ago, I took the first leap of faith and set up my own business.
At the time, I was still working in the corporate world, after 18 years in corporate life. I didn't actually leave that world until 2017 so for a while I was doing both.
Looking back, I genuinely don't know how the hell I did it. 😂
I just knew I wanted something different.
And eventually, I took the leap and walked away from the security of what I'd known for so long.
I had absolutely no idea where it would take me.
And if I'm being completely honest… there have been plenty of moments since where I've wondered what the actual f**k I was doing. 😂
There have been incredible highs, stressful lows, huge lessons, beautiful people, unexpected twists, plenty of hard work and a LOT of learning along the way.
But here I am.
10 years later. Still here. Still learning. Still growing. Still doing what I love. ❤️
And this milestone feels even more special because I'm also stepping into another new chapter with the expansion of Radiance Healing and our new clinic.
It's funny how one decision can completely change the direction of your life.
I wasn't actually going to make a big deal about this today… but then I thought…
f**k it. 10 years deserves to be celebrated. 😂🥂
I also recorded a podcast with Anne-Marie tonight and, talking about my journey, it really hit me just how much has happened in those 10 years.
So I'll share more of the actual story over the next few days the good, the bad, the messy bits, the leap of faith and everything in between.
Because if you're sitting there thinking “I can't change my life now”…
Maybe you can. ❤️
10 years. What a journey.

“I feel like myself again… but even better.” ✨

That’s what one of my clients said after 6 weeks of working together.

And honestly… THIS is why I do what I do.

Because you can look absolutely fine on the outside…

…but inside, you’re exhausted.

Your mind won’t switch off.
Your body feels heavy.
You’re constantly doing, giving, organising, caring…
and somehow there’s nothing left for you.

You keep telling yourself you just need to get through this busy period.

You’ll rest when things calm down.
You’ll look after yourself when you have more time.
You’ll feel like yourself again eventually.

But what if you didn’t have to keep pushing through?

What if you actually gave your body and nervous system the support they’ve been asking for?

This is where we begin. 🥰

Not just with a treatment on the bed and then sending you back out into the same life.

But with hands-on therapies that help your body let go of some of what it’s been holding…

alongside simple tools and practices to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, quieten the noise and reconnect with you.

And slowly, you start to notice things changing…

✨ Your body feels lighter
✨ Your mind feels clearer
✨ You’re sleeping and resting better
✨ You’re not feeling quite so overwhelmed
✨ You have more energy for the things that actually matter
✨ And most importantly… you start feeling like YOU again.

Maybe not the old you.

Maybe a calmer, more grounded, more connected version of you.

Because it’s never just about the hour you spend on my treatment bed.

It’s about how you feel when you walk back out into your life.
