Myself and 2 other local practitioners of Reflexology & Reiki will have a 💛Wellness Tent💛 at the Lusk Summer Festival this Saturday 20th June from 12 - 4pm approx.

We are doing bite-sized treatments 10-15mins for €10 for a local charity called
Lusk Autism Friendly Town

Reflexology to Reset the Nervous system, especially around Exam Season

📚 Exam season can bring pressure, racing thoughts, overwhelm and sleepless nights. When stress builds, our minds and bodies can feel stuck in “go, go, go” mode.

✨Weren't we were so lucky with the fab sunshine to help us appreciate the energies of the Spring Equinox at FourKnocks passage tomb.

Thanks to the lovely group of people who joined me to take part - of course I never took any pictures - so thank you to Anne for these lovely ones :)

🌸 Spring Equinox Energy Workshop 🌸
I'm so looking forward to hosting my first
event with you - it's about time I share with you what I have been doing at all these amazing power sites over the years - linking in with their energy fields and doing a bit of clearing though Energy Dowsing, Reiki, Meditation & Sound.
It's sure to be an interesting one with a group of us together
So I'm packing up my bits'n'bobs for the event - Dowsing Rods, Pendulums etc. & i'll see you Saturday
