In April, we built awareness through the core, learning to acknowledge our current state and how we operate. We just finished out weekend in Inverison for our YTT so lets keep it going for instudio classes.

They have practiced 🧘‍♂️, cried 😭 , laughed 🤩 , studied deep 📚 , and it’s all paying off.

Massive growth at this point of the YOGA TEACHER TRAINING !

Big milestone and congratulations to them all.

6 more days left of training until they are yoga teachers.

If you’re thinking of taking this journey it’s a lot of work but hard work pays off in the mind and body!

New dates coming for 2027 and new line up and repose yoga teachers added to our training!
