Summer: What a beautiful season!! Summer to me is togetherness and relationships, connecting and coming together, outdoors and being active. I just love this season, but also what it shows me what there is still to learn.
Our holidays catapulted us right out of our bubble and it was good and very overdue!! To connect again and be in relation with our world.
And what does it mean to really connect with each other? How can we be really honest&respectful to one another instead of being silent and we feel we can’t express what we need or feel we cannot have a respectful & honest chat? Honesty is also self respect and I think the way to build deeper connections with each other.
So we have had plenty of connecting during the Holidays and plenty of practicing honesty and verbalising things 😂and now that they are over our intention is to keep practicing. I am looking forward to seeing all my clients again and welcome new ones, too.🙌
