A few weeks ago I shared a vision called The Glow Oak Tree of Light.

✨ Calling all women of the world…

Life asks a lot of us, and sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause and reconnect with ourselves.

Here’s a simple Glow guide to setting an intention:

1️⃣ Pause and take three slow breaths.
2️⃣ Place your hand on your heart and ask yourself: What do I need more of right now?
3️⃣ Turn that answer into a clear intention.
4️⃣ Hold that intention for a moment and imagine how it would feel to live it.

Intentions don’t have to be complicated.

Sometimes the smallest moment of awareness can begin a powerful shift.

Today was a funny old day.

It reminded me how important it is to hold onto the beliefs that keep us grounded when life throws unexpected moments our way.

And sometimes… we realise we’ve outgrown an old belief and it’s time to choose a new one.

I think people are a bit like that too.
