Recently, the residents and staff of The Willows decided to celebrate the arrival of summer and the good weather with a garden party.

Everyone came together on the front lawn to enjoy a delicious BBQ, refreshing mocktails, music, and plenty of laughter. Residents and staff made the most of the sunshine, singing along to favourite songs and creating wonderful memories together.

What a perfect way to welcome the summer season. 💙🌞🎶

✅ QQI Level 6 or above in a relevant healthcare qualification

✨ Our resident Jamie recently achieved a very special goal — going to Disneyland Paris with his family for the first time in 25 years! 👏💙

A huge amount of preparation went into making this dream trip possible, including social stories, countdown calendars, airport visits, lunch in the airport, booking a sensory room and arranging fast passes ✈️🎢

Thanks to the amazing collaboration between Dean Hill and Jamie’s family, Jamie travelled through the airport calm and relaxed, enjoyed a great flight, and is now making magical memories in Paris ☺️
