Meet MURPHY BROWN SIMPER , a.k.a. MURPH 🤎 🐾

The newest member of our crew.

Losing Hero last year was one of the hardest things we’ve ever been through as a family. I never truly understood how deeply a dog can become part of your life until we had to say goodbye.

Today, a little chocolate Lab came crashing into our world and reminded us that while Hero can never be replaced, a little piece of his spirit can live on in a new soul.

Murphy has only been home a few hours, but he’s already filled our house with joy, laughter, chaos, and puppy kisses.

And watching him and Koda together, I can already see the beginning of something special. I have a feeling these two are about to become the very best of friends.

Welcome home, Murphy. 🤎🧡🤍

When it comes to core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, things are rarely black and white.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach, and despite the quick fixes you often see online, there is no single exercise or “3 moves” that will magically heal every symptom.

Instead, it’s about learning how your breathing influences intra-abdominal pressure, how your diaphragm, core, and pelvic floor work together, and how your unique body responds to load.

The leg press itself isn’t the problem.

What often makes the biggest difference is how you prepare your body and coordinate your breath during the movement.

Before lifting heavy, I often recommend a targeted warm-up to regulate the nervous system, restore rib cage mobility, improve chest and back expansion, and reconnect the diaphragm, core, and pelvic floor.

When your body has access to these spaces, pressure can be distributed more effectively so you feel supported rather than overwhelmed by the load.

In this reel, I’m demonstrating one simple breathing strategy I use on the leg press to help reduce unnecessary pressure and improve support.

This is one piece of the puzzle, not the whole picture.

The goal is to better understand your body so you can continue building strength with confidence.

Save this for your next leg day and let me know if this changes how the movement feels.

There is a certain ache that comes with watching Ireland disappear beneath the clouds yet again as quickly as it appeared.

You build a life somewhere else. You create a home, a family, and a future.

But Ireland will always be your first home. The place that shaped you, steadied you, and still feels like it holds a part of your soul.

Living abroad means learning to belong to two places at once.

And over time, I have come to understand something that brings me peace: home is not only the place you come from, but the people you carry with you.

My husband and my son are my home, wherever in the world we may be.

No matter how many times I leave, Ireland never really leaves me.

It lives in my heart, in my memories, and in the part of me that will always long for home. 🍀💚

Every day I get to witness something extraordinary.

Women reconnecting with their bodies.

Not punishing them.
Not shrinking them.
Not fighting them.

Learning how to work with them.

The female body moves through many seasons.

Pregnancy.
Birth.
Postpartum recovery.
Perimenopause.
Menopause and beyond.

For a long time women were told the same thing:

Do less.
Be smaller.
Take up less space.

But that story is changing.

Women are changing it.

Through women-led research and studies.
Through women asking better questions about their bodies.
Through women refusing to accept “that’s just the way it is.”

We are no longer shrinking quietly into the background.

What I see every day tells a very different story.

Women rebuilding strength.
Women learning how to breathe again.
Women discovering their bodies are far more capable than they were ever led to believe.

Strength training is not just about lifting weights.

It is about coming home to your body.

Today I celebrate the women who come to me unsure…
and slowly remember the strength that was there all along.

To every woman I have the privilege of working with,
thank you for trusting me with your journey.

I’m incredibly proud to be part of this revolution in women’s health.

And the truth is, we are only just getting started.

Happy International Women’s Day.

Yesterday we celebrated Koda turning the big 5 !!
5 years of love, laughter, and watching him grow into the most incredible little boy. I can’t believe how quickly the time has gone, and how much joy he’s brought into my life from the very beginning.

But yesterday also carried a different kind of weight it marked one week since we said goodbye to Hero. He’s been with us from Koda’s very first day on this earth, always his protector, his big brother in every sense that mattered. The house felt both full and quiet all at once, joy and grief weaving together in the same breath.

Hero was the first boy who made me a mom, and I will forever be grateful for the years we had with him. His love and protection will always live in Koda’s story and in mine

There are some humans, that sparkle in the sunshine
and glow in the dark.
They make a trip to the moon,
out of a walk in the park.
When you tell them your stories,
you always feel seen and heard.

They make you feel safe and loved,
without a single word.
They role model taking care of themselves,
being patient and kind.
They are the colour of beautiful,
that you would still see if you were blind.

They are the sort of wonderful
that stands out from all the rest.
And if you have one in your life,
be thankful and know that you are blessed

you are our beautiful colour and Koda and I are so thankful to have you in our life 💕 thank you for being the most incredible Dad to our little bear.

We said YES to the address! 🏡 🔑💕

After six long years of hard work, building our businesses from the ground up, and believing in ourselves even when it was hard — we did it. We bought our first family home.

This house is more than walls and a roof; it’s a symbol of everything we’ve poured our hearts into. A place that will be filled with love, laughter, happiness, and everything that makes us who we are.

Here’s to new beginnings, and a home full of magic.

We did it babe ❤️🔑

Every now and then, it hits me like like a huge wave of gratitude…. I’ve finally done it, I have built a life around work that truly matters to me and to women

I get to help women reconnect with their bodies, trust themselves again, and take up space in a way that feels powerful and raw and real.

There’s nothing more fulfilling than watching someone remember their strength. This isn’t just a job to me—it’s a calling, it’s my purpose in life

I’m proud of the work I do. I’m proud of the women I work with. And I’m grateful every day that I get to be part of something that creates real change.

Huge thank you to for bringing such an incredible idea and space to Wellfest this year with well fem, to allow such beautifully raw, open honest and vulnerable conversations to take place in such a safe space. To see an entire line up at Europe’s largest wellness festival completely revolve around women’s health is a true goosebump pinch me moment..

Day 1 of WellFest Down and I’m so excited to connect with even more women on their healing journeys tomorrow
