My sister introduced me to these. Super quick and easy to make. Everyone can dress their burger with all the things they like, and it's easy to go gluten free versions and small kid ones. The smaller tortillas are probably easier all round, but if there's a hungry person eating dinner with you, the juice isn't worth the squeeze.

You can flavour the mince by adding sauteed onion, cumin etc... but that takes time so is more a weekend option.

I love:
Picked onion
Gherkin
A strong cheese
Mayo, ketchup and mustard
Lettuce
Tomato

Now, I would say, if you had time, and liked the sound of it, I loved Camembert and apple on mine too. I know... bougie. My kids like it too 🤣 We tried it in Normandy a few years back and we all still talk about it.

I'm going to try them with lamb mince, taziki etc... I'll report back.

The screening involves a blood test. You need to be eating wheat, barley or rye regularly in the 6 weeks before the test. If you cut out these foods before the blood test it won't be accurate.

The screening can be done at your GPs. They look at IgA levels and IgA tTGs
