Today I had the privilege of attending a beautiful charity lunch in support of children in hospital 💕

A reminder that health and wellness is about so much more than nutrition alone — it’s also about compassion, community, kindness and supporting one another through difficult times.

So grateful to be part of an event raising awareness and support for such incredible children and families 💕

Still smiling after attending the premiere of An Ideal Husband by Oscar Wilde last night at the Gate Theatre with my gorgeous cuz 💕💕🥂

Wilde’s wit, charm, and sharp observations on society were as brilliant as ever — brought to life beautifully on stage. There’s something so uplifting about an evening of culture, laughter, and meaningful connection.

Nothing like culture & connection to make my day 💃🥰

If you’re in Dublin, I highly recommend seeing it.

Up before Sunrise this morning and gathered at 5am in Dún Laoghaire Golf Club ⛳️ for our Darkness Into Light Golf Fundraiser for 2026.

The ho**er blasted at 5.40am & we all Teed off on the beautiful Middle Course, a team of 4 on each hole, in the semi-darkness.

It became a beautiful morning when the darkness lifted completely and the sun rose behind the Clubhouse and the hill of Carraigollogen which nestles up behind the Upper Course.

was filled with a great sense of spirit, community and support for such a worthy cause.

The funds raised help .house continue providing lifesaving free services to those affected by su***de and self-harm.

Proud to be part of something so meaningful — turning darkness into hope, together.

Some days it’s not about the scorecard ⛳️

Yesterday at DLGC was something special…
Ducklings just a day old finding their feet by the 6th on the Middle, a swan gliding effortlessly between the 4th & the 9th hole pond, the Sugar Loaf standing proudly in the distance, and a little robin keeping me company at my locker before and after the round 🐦

Safe to say, the three of us were just as taken by nature as we were by the golf… maybe even more. And somehow, we still kept up the pace of play 😄

Watching the early years of Michael Jackson last night has really stayed with me, especially under the current allegations.

The level of talent, discipline, and pressure he experienced as part of the Jackson Five from such a young age is hard to comprehend. He presents as so sweet and fragile.

I’m aware his life and legacy can bring up mixed emotions for many, and I completely understand that. What struck me most was the human side of his story—the impact of growing up in the spotlight, the push to succeed, and the deep need to find his own identity, especially with such a demanding, aggressive and violent father .

From a wellness perspective, it’s a reminder of how our early environment, stress, and emotional experiences can shape us in ways that go far beyond what we see on the surface.

There’s something both inspiring and incredibly sad in that.

A gentle reminder to prioritise TLC, a healthy environment , and emotional support for children in early life.

His work was genius. The latter years are not addressed beyond approximately 1988 and one would hope that perhaps there will be a sequel to balance out his life story but I suspect t for legal reasons this will not happen.
