Included with each session is follow up support and after-care. I have explored and experienced many different energy work modalities and areas of meditation for over 20 years. Having started my journey studying Counselling and Mediation, I gradually came to the conclusion that we need to do more than talk. Talking is necessary but after a period of time we need to find ways to energetically release our past, our feelings and our emotions which hold us back from moving forward in an emotionally healthy and positive way. My healing sessions can help and facilitate to release these emotional blockages.
