A closer look at our client’s microneedling journey with Nurse Katie at our Malahide clinic.

Microneedling is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation treatment that works by stimulating the skin’s natural healing response.

The controlled micro-injuries encourage the formation of new collagen and elastin, helping to strengthen the dermis and gradually improve the overall quality of the skin.

PRF for the under-eye area

In this Reel, Nurse Roseanne is treating Irma for hollowness and a darker shadow under the eyes.

Because Irma has a natural fat pad in the area, traditional filler wasn’t the most suitable option for her. Instead, Nurse Roseanne is using PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin), a regenerative treatment that works with your own blood-derived growth factors to support collagen production and improve the quality and structure of the delicate under-eye area over time.

The aim isn’t to simply add volume. It’s about encouraging gradual improvement in the skin and underlying tissue for a fresher, more rested appearance.
