MindReset comes to Dublin. Two days, one room, and that old story you never agreed to carry.
Nobody sat you down and taught you the rules you live by, did they? They were written for you, below conscious, long before you had any say in the matter — brick by brick, moment by moment — until the wall grew so tall you stopped noticing it was there.
And your body has been holding the plans ever since.
The tight chest before you speak up. The tiredness a good night’s sleep never quite touches. The pain the scans cannot explain. The way you move towards the very thing you say you want… and then find yourself pulling away.
You may have no memory of what happened. You may not even recognise it as trauma. But an image, a sound, a sensation — an Emotional Memory Image — may still be presented to your nervous system as though “then” were happening now.
Chronologically, it is over. Physiologically? It may still be running.
