I love taking clinical photos!

I recently took an online course to try improve my skills so attempting to put them into practice here.

One of the biggest tips from the course was good retraction. I have various aids for this but I always go back to my Vision Butler. Patient comfort is exceptional and ease of use and visibility of course!

HEALTHY GUMS START HERE

🪥 Brush twice daily
Before breakfast and after you last meal/Before
going to bed

🦷 Brush for 2 minutes! Time it!

🪥 Use a fluoride toothpaste and spit it out.

🦷 Use an Oral B iO or soft bristled manual
toothbrush

🪥 Use interdental brushes to clean between your
teeth.

🦷 Visit your dental hygienist as often as
recommend .

Early mornings can be tough! Here are my top tips

Brush BEFORE breakfast!
Yes, brauhing before breakfast eliminates harmful acidic bacteria from the teeth.

It also means it is done before getting dressed & prevents those toothpaste stains all down their jumpers before school!

Have the toothbrushes ready for them.
Encourage them, don't fight with them.
