So much has happened in September…. Schools back, more restrictions lifted, offices and workplaces returning, the list is endless!!!
BUT, have you managed to find time for yourself, your goals, your dreams, your self-care??
If you don’t take care of yourself, it becomes even harder to take care of your loved ones.

FINALLY, I’m SO EXCITED to let you know that SLIMMING WORLD BALLSBRIDGE/SANDYMOUNT GROUP is back to PEMBROKE HOCKEY CLUB on TUESDAY 21st SEPTEMBER at 5.30pm for weigh ins, group chat at 6pm.

✨Based on the Government’s Covid roadmap, if you’re fully vaccinated, and can provide proof that you’re fully vaccinated, you will be able to return to group on this date!

✨Certain safety measures would still be mandatory

✨If you aren’t fully vaccinated, , as further restrictions ease all members can return to real life groups on Tuesday 26th October,

I’m so excited to say that from Tuesday 21st September my group will finally reopen.
In line with current guidelines this will be for fully vaccinated people only, please bring your cert with you!!
The group will be open to all from 22nd October when all restrictions cease.

This is Freda. She wants to join Slimming World with Karen on TUESDAY .... BUT... it's her Wedding Anniversary in 2 weeks 🥂and a few weeks after that it's her daughter's 21st 🎂. Then of course there's her weekend away 🏝, and Halloween 🎃 . Before you know it Christmas will be here 🎄!

So, Freda is going to join in the New Year. Or maybe in February, after Valentine's day ❤, but definitely before Easter 🐣! As long as Easter doesn't fall early next year, in which case she will wait until after Easter or when the clocks go forward ⏰, lighter nights are better!

Don't be like Freda...... come join us ASAP ❤
