Our kitchen doesn't follow every trend.
It isn't perfectly curated, it isn't built around aesthetics, and we don't replace everything just because there's a new must-have product.
Instead, we've focused on making small, intentional changes that genuinely make us feel better. We swapped plastic food containers for glass jars. Plastic cooking utensils for wooden ones. A plastic kettle for a glass one. Non-stick pans for stainless steel and cast iron. We drink filtered water from a reverse osmosis system. And instead of buying bottled water, we reach for a reusable insulated bottle or thermos.
None of these changes happened overnight. One by one, they became part of our everyday life. And this is just one area of our home. We've made similar changes in our wardrobe, our bathroom, and many other parts of our daily life. Not because we're chasing perfection, but because we believe that every small choice adds up over time.
It's easy to chase the next trend or the next aesthetic.
What's harder, but much more meaningful, is creating a lifestyle that truly supports your health and aligns with your values.
Because in the end, it's not one big decision that changes your life.
It's the small choices you make every single day that quietly shape your future 🌻💚
