Places are still available for the BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Principles and Practice for Pharmacy Technicians.

The course is open to pharmacy employees who:
• Have a minimum of one year’s pharmacy experience
• Work a minimum of 20 hours per week in the dispensary for the duration of the course

IPU members in the North West – Join us in Donegal on 22 October.

Our North West Regional Meeting takes place on Thursday, 22 October, from 7.30pm at The Central Hotel, The Diamond, Donegal Town.

There is a lot happening across community pharmacy. This meeting is an opportunity for IPU members to hear the latest on the issues affecting you and your pharmacy, meet members of the IPU team and fellow pharmacists, and have your say on the priorities for the sector.

We will be discussing a number of issues pertinent to community pharmacy including the CPA25, new and expanding pharmacy services, remuneration and funding, digital developments, our new Statement of Strategy and what comes next for community pharmacy.
Most importantly, we want to hear from you.

A simple way to help protect your child from flu this winter. 💙

The children’s flu vaccine is available as a nasal spray, with an alternative available if the nasal spray is not suitable.

Children aged 2–17 may be eligible for a free flu vaccine at participating pharmacies.
