Unseen threads that bind us…

Systemic Constellation work is a unique but powerful way of looking at the invisible dynamics within our family, our workplace, or even our ancestors. Developed by the German psychotherapist, Bert Hellinger, this method helps us see that sometimes the struggles we face today aren't actually ours alone; they are often echoes of the past that are looking for a place to rest.

Attending a systemic constellation workshop allows you to step into a space that gently bypasses the analytical mind. It offers a powerful visual shift—a new way of seeing your story—that stays with you long after a workshop has ended.

Reiki Level 1 Course not only helps you connect with your innate ability to heal, but also offers practical benefits you can bring into everyday life. I’m very practical—so when I teach this course, the focus is on applying it to real life, with all its busyness.
