There is something special when you see a teenagers body and mind relax.

They live in such a busy world, one anyone above 35, probably cant fully understand.

They have the same hormones and worries as us auld ones had 🙃 God when I look back at old diairies 🫣

But seriously,.I don't remember the pressure of school , these kids have. They also are living in a time of phones, everything and everyone is accessible.
They are navigating the teen years, all with the possibility of a camera looking at them.

Is it any wonder teen anxiety has increased ten fold.

I adore seeing children and teens walk through my door!! Why? Because we are giving them tools for life.
We are telling them, that there wellbeing and capacity is important and to protect it. How gorgeous is that.💚

Grief

What makes you think of your loved one?

I heard a horn of a Toyota today,.and it stopped me in my tracks. My dad always drove toyotas. Grief catches you when you least expect

Truly 16months on and I still don't know has it hit. It's like our mind protects us.

These moments make me sad and smile in equal measures.

But how lucky are we to have a love we miss so much it hurts.
