Did you know , that for those with mobility issues or concerns with the stairs, that I can facilitate any of my treatments down stairs.

I can also facilitate house calls for those who cannot leave their home, or perhaps prefer their treatment in their own surroundings.

If you are an adult of child that's have sensory needs and prefer your own home, no problem

I want to insure my treatments can be accessed by all that need them.

If you have a loved one who is receiving palliative care or end of life care and they would like the comfort and beinfets of a treatment, please reach out. As a holistic therapist, who is also a nurse, we can liaise with your cars team to ensure your holistic treatments are safe.

I still find it hard to find the right words to express this magic that happens at Tria Holistics. This is only a very small example of the many many benifet people experience.

For a girl that doesn't shut up 🫣 I find social media hard to navigate and express what I want to.

But here in this video I just took the one take and I am uploading it.

I need to spread the word. There are so many of us, just existing, full of fight or flight, living with symptoms and never fully feeling heard.

Here, you will get listen to ,here we will do an in-depth holistic assessment, here we will join the dots and here you will come back to your self.

When you come to me, I sit before you as a holistic therapist, not a nurse......but the knowledge of 20 years never leaves you. We can take a birds eye view of what's working and what isn't.

There's something special about holding space for someone and watching them find what they need. Sometimes that's space, deep relaxation, relief from symptoms, a non judgemental confidential listening ear, sleep regulation, nervous system support or just a moment to breathe.

All you can do is your best. One question at a time. Answer everything, even if you haven't a clue.
And your first thought on a question, is usually right, so don't over think it.
