Got very emotional looking back at this year 🥹👰🏼🤵🏻‍♂️

A tremendous amount of highs but a few lows thrown in there too that we got through 🖤🤍

A shoutout to everyone who made those smiles and good times. 👯‍♀️🍹☀️ (the fact I can only tag 20 people for this year… IS NOT ENOUGH 😂)

What a year, returning to the club where it all started 🥹

I could not have asked for a better group of girls to share this season with. 👯‍♀️

From not being allowed to play, to a broken nose and to winning the league. Safe to say this season had it all 😂

Let’s try and enjoy it and not worry too much about what you eat and how much you are eating..

Understandably easier said than don’t but please don’t stress the next few days.

After an intense workout your nervous system actually thinks your in danger (fight or flight response) and your appetite is suppressed. 🤐

1. academy talks that I love doing every year. We did 4 talks over the summer and spoke to over 900 athletes 🙌🏻

2. A wonderful evening for night with speaking to female athletes of all ages and discussing female physiology, nutrition and confidence!
