Breakfast done, coffee definitely needed ☕️😂 and now off to spend the day with clients. ❤️

I feel really grateful to do work that allows me to sit alongside people as they make sense of their experiences, break old patterns and start finding their way back to themselves.

Healing isn’t always pretty or straightforward — sometimes it’s messy, uncomfortable and involves a lot of “wait… THAT’S why I do that?!” 😅

But watching those little shifts happen is one of my favourite parts of this work. ✨

Healing is hard, whether it’s from a crappy childhood or an abusive relationship. 🤍

You can know it wasn’t healthy.
You can know you deserved better.
You can even have your friends telling you “I told you so” for the 47th time

…and still struggle to move on.

Healing from abuse isn’t just about getting over the person.

It can be about rebuilding your self-worth, learning to trust yourself again, understanding why you ignored your own needs for so long, and letting go of the guilt and shame that was never yours to carry.

And sometimes it’s about figuring out who you actually are when you’re no longer walking on eggshells.

That’s some of the work we can do together.

Through clarity sessions, hypnotherapy and ongoing therapeutic support, we can look at the deeper patterns underneath it all — without judgement and without expecting you to have everything figured out.

Funny story ⬇️. I once dated a genuinely nice guy.
Emotionally available.
Consistent.
Communicated clearly.
Texted when he said he would.
Obviously this was boring as hell for my crazy nervous system 😂
No mixed signals.
No disappearing for two days.
No suddenly becoming emotionally unavailable because Mercury was in Gatorade.
He just… liked me.
🚩🚩🚩
At one point he texted, “Had a lovely time tonight, let me know when you get home safe.”
And instead of thinking aww, that’s lovely, my brain went:
Bit needy, isn’t he?
NEEDY!!
The man asked if I got home alive.
Meanwhile I’d previously accepted communication styles that required a Ouija board and three of my friends to interpret.
Then came the horrifying realisation…
I was bored.
There was no adrenaline.
No wondering where I stood.
No analysing the placement of an “x” at the end of a text.
Nothing to screenshot and send to the girls with:
“Right. What do we think he means by this?”
Because apparently my idea of chemistry was anxiety with good hair.
When you’re used to chaos, peace can initially feel like there’s “no spark.”
Sometimes the nice guy isn’t boring.
Sometimes your nervous system is just sitting there like:
“Sorry… are we not fighting for our lives today?” 😂(Disclaimer) I dumped him for a narcissistic with a motorbike who gave me PYSD like symptoms 🫣 but that’s a whole other story. Of only I knew then what I know now.
